Onsite Annual Wellness Check-Up

The Annual Wellness Check-up is a yearly appointment conducted by a primary care physician to develop or expand an individualized health prevention plan. The goal is to lower your risk of developing chronic disease and illness based on your current health and risk factors. This yearly screening is often missed by working New Yorkers, now with the mobile medical unit, employers can easily provide onsite access to promote the prevention of chronic disease.

We evaluate and certify for the department of transportation annual exam for CDL Licensing and requirements.
